We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in our database. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• your billing/delivery address

 This information is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party other than our payment processors.

We do not store or even have access to credit card numbers, bank account details or any other sensitive financial information. Payments to Love Hearts and Crosses are securely processed by our payment processors on their systems according their extemely high security standards. Only personal data such as name, address and order history is held by us, also on secure servers. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
